Remember that its not just lifting weights that will yield the best results, you must be dedicated to your diet (see the nutrition section). Now although this book isn’t bad, the other ones I have reviewed offer much more. Again I want to be clear, this book is NOT bad, it just doesn’t have as much information as the others listed. I have heard great things about all sorts of muscle building plans but only you can be the judge of each product.
This product comes with a handful of great bonus books that I find very interesting. They range from supplement use to quick meals for bigger and better muscles. It even comes with a 34 week muscle building plan that is 100% idiot proof. I mean, if you have absolutely no idea on how to build muscle in the gym, this plan should do it for you by itself.
Tom Venuto knows what the hell he is talking about. His sytem has worked for thousands of people all over the world. Why the heck can’t it work for you? If you are truly tired of all the hype out there, I would suggest this book for you. It is the one decision you will make this year that will change your life for the better.
Like any book or workout plan, you will not see results overnight. The process of building a rock hard body takes time. Take courage though, because with every passing week you will start to see more and more gains. By the time you are done with this course and your training, your friends will be jealous.
Vince DelMonte has some great points in this book. One of them being the perfect routine for building a body like the Hulk. Vince was just a skinny lad in his early days but if you visit the site you can see that those old pictures now look even smaller compared to the new Vince. You too can look like this.
Want to know the secret behind getting a body like Vince? Well I’m not going to tell you. I will let Vince do the talking. There is something else that I find helpful in this book. It tells you where you are going wrong in the kitchen. Most people seem to overlook the power of food and just what it can do for you. Don’t get lost with the rest of the sheep, learn how to eat right with this book.
This product by Sean Nalewanyj is really good. In fact it is so good it is almost scary. The man cuts through the crap and delivers the goods just how they should be. He tells you what kind of workout plan you should be doing, what foods you should be eating, and what supplements you should be taking. The only thing he stops short of, is telling you what girlfriend you should have.
Think you got the desire to make yourself huge? Take that desire and turn it into a proven program with Sean’s “The Truth About Building Muscle”. No matter what your experience level is, you will succeed with this book. I would suggest that you go for his deluxe package which is the best value for the money. Although a superb product, The Muscle Head is still #1 for me.
This book is undoubtedly my favorite for teaching you how to have a massive physique. I might even send a picture of myself in a few months just to prove that the system outlined in this book is exactly what you need to build giant muscle. If you have ever dreamed about having a “head turning” body I highly suggest you look over what this book has to offer, not to mention the bonuses that come along with it.
This product is a lot more than a book. You get a few books actually and you also get access to something called the “Musclehead University” which is where personal coaching is offered for free. If you want a personal coach for a lot less, get on board today.
As I write this article, I can’t help thinking I was like you. That’s exactly why I have to tell you that I know you. In fact, I see you every day in the gym. Vitamins are essential for EVERYONE not just weightlifters.
We ingest vitamins with our food and the body needs them in minute amounts. Different foods contains the different vitamins we need so its important to have a varied diet to ensure you get enough.
You don’t need to be seeking to lose weight or to gain muscle weight to watch what you eat. Everyone should watch what they eat.
In this day and age , what with all the products out on the shelves, all the delicious snacks available, how does one live healthily, how does one make sure they are putting down a solid foundation for their body in years to come.
Losing fat takes time and patience, it doesn’t happen overnight but I do guarantee you this, if you follow the advice outlined in this website you will lose weight eventually and remain healthy.
IMPORTANT: never ever starve yourself for the sake of losing fat, here’s why, when you starve yourself your body automatically goes into energy conservation mode, this mean that the body senses you aren’t eating enough and aren’t getting the proper nutrients. When this happens the weight you lose will be muscle mass as much as fat, this is hazardous to your health.

Remember, to build muscle you must lift heavy weights, focus on compound movements and eat, a lot, and eat every three hours at least.
Protein : Eat a lot of it and at every meal.
Bodybuilders should aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
Carbohydrates : To build muscle you need to eat carbohydrates, this is what gets used primarily when you’re doing anything energy sapping.
Fat : Yes you need to consume fat to gain weight, for every two pounds you gain at least one third of that is fat there is no way to escape that unless your nutrition is measured in a lab. This doesn’t give you authority to eat as much fat as you like and from the wrong foods, 20% of your diet should be fat ( the good kind), see below for the good fats and the bad fats.
